I started my health and fitness journey as a complete beginner, and understand how daunting it can be to start new habits towards a healthier lifestyle. I believe nutrition is just as important, if not more so, than exercise. You will never out-train a poor, nutrient lacking diet. What you put in your body is what you get out.
